The problem
Most companies in the United States use background checks to vet job-seekers before hiring them, but the background check review process is often influenced by biases.
As a result, individuals with records are denied the opportunity to get employment and move on from their past.
Our mission
Our goal is to normalize fair chance hiring. We believe all candidates, regardless of their criminal background, should have a fair chance to work. Our design team understands that candidates are real people whose lives depend on what we deliver.
